Independent Sales Representatives

Our company manufactures top of the range electric radiators for space heating. Known as the true eco-friendlier type of low energy heaters, our products stand out in the market and so does our company in Germany, France, Spain, UK and Ireland.

We are now looking to recruit Independent Sales Representatives who have the drive and desire to earn well above average in these difficult times, to help take our products out there to our growing business and domestic customer/prospects base.

You will be working on your own initiative and will be paid commission based on your results.

You have/are:

  • Professional salesperson with the drive to help people reduce energy consumption and have a proven track record in target-driven sales
  • A strong knowledge of the energy sector and issues related to the environment in general, although candidates with experience in other markets may be considered
  • Articulate with well-honed communication skills and a polished telephone manner
  • Highly organised, results-oriented and ambitious with the ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
  • Intelligent with laterally creative insights and practical problem solving ability
  • Client-focused with an instinctive desire to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrable experience in sales and proven relationship management skills
  • Experience in dealing directly with customers, presenting products and sales analysis
  • Knowledge of the wholesale and retail channel

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving agreed volume and profit targets for account portfolio
  • Develop and deliver creative sales presentations to meet customer needs
  • Provide customers with prompt and accurate information, pricing and service
  • Establish and maintain sound business relationships at relevant levels and locations within the customer's organisation
  • Update team on activities, including promotional evaluation
  • Manage customer administration (e.g. queries) to agreed customer requirements
  • Establish and maintain account profiles
  • Liaise effectively with external Customers (Retailers) and internal cross functional contacts.
